One key service that we provide is assisting people return to new areas of employment. This can either be through the context of redeployment due to an injury, or electing to make a change to something a little different.
Regarding compensation claims, a change in return to work goal may necessary when an injury prevents an individual return to their normal work. Such a change requires a focused and collaborative effort to ensure a safe and sustainable to return to employment for the individual.
Our methodology is centred on supporting, engaging and providing the client with a sense of ownership as we assist them identify and locate alternate employment.
Every person that we assist is different and we tailor our services to the needs of the individual; there is no such thing as a one-size fits all approach.
Our redeployment services include (but are not limited to):
Vocational interview to identify realistic vocational goals
Exploration of local labour market, earning potential, and required training through detailed labour market analysis
Liaison with treating parties to ensure that vocational goals are medically suitable
Assistance and development of skills related to seeking new employment:
Resume/CV/cover letter development
Accessing the open and closed labour market
Interview skills/presentation
Injury disclosure
Tailored and collaborative job seeking plan
Organisation of host placements to assist with vocational upskilling and on the job training
