Through extensive experience in the delivery of rehabilitation and return to work services in Tasmania, D’Arcy has assisted individuals to return to their original roles across multiple employers and has a demonstrated history of successfully returning individuals to new roles.
D’Arcy’s work includes assisting with the rehabilitation of both physical and psychological injuries across multiple frameworks including Tasmanian Workers Compensation, the Motor Accident Insurance Board (MAIB), and non-claims related intervention.
D’Arcy has special interests in helping to manage pain related conditions (ie. Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome [CRPS]), assisting neurodivergent individuals (ie. Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder [ADHD] & Autism Spectrum Disorder {ASD]), and members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
In addition to rehabilitation services, D’Arcy is able to assist individuals gain the skills to find alternate work; whether you are looking for a shift in role or progress your career.
